The short list of range of steel special sections

The Omutninsk Metallurgical Plant produces steel special sections. The rolled steel cold forming by pressure corresponds in section to the off-the-self component. The roughness of the surface Ra< 2.5, accuracy h 9 to 12. The cross-section area of profiles is 4 - 1600 mm2. The steel bars are delivered in rods 2 to 6 m long or in coils up to 500 kg heavy. Sections are delivered peened or heat-treated. The length of rolled steel, the grade of steel and technical requirements are established as agreed with the customer. The application of steel special sections makes it possible to reduce metall consumption by 35 to 45%; to reduce tool, energy and equipment spendings; to improve the environment and labour conditions by substituting casting and forging.
